For mediations in the continental U.S., the rates are as follows:

• Class Action or PAGA Cases: $10,500 per day.
• Non-Class Action Cases: $9,500 per day.

All fees must be paid no later than ten business days in advance of the mediation.

Brett will schedule a call with each counsel, separately, to briefly discuss the case prior to the scheduled date of the mediation.

All parties must be represented by counsel; Brett will not mediate any cases where any party is pro per.

Once a mediation date is reserved, counsel will be provided with a mediation confidentiality agreement that must be signed by all parties and counsel prior to the mediation date.
