As a mediator, Brett has the benefit of extensive experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. On the plaintiff side, Brett has successfully recovered tens of millions of dollars in plaintiff employment and business cases including wage and hour class action cases. On the defense side, Brett has a successful track record of representing defendants in both employment cases, including wage and hour class action cases, as well is in a wide variety of business litigation cases. This balanced experience puts Brett in an ideal position to act as a mediator. He knows both sides and knows how to talk to the parties on both sides of the case. With employment law cases in particular, Brett brings a wealth of knowledge of the subject matter. This knowledge and extensive experience was recognized by the prestigious College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, which inducted Brett as a Fellow in 2016.
